Conditions We Treat

While we treat all disordered eating conditions, we put particular focus on the following:

Bulimia Nervosa

Bulimia nervosa (BN) is a condition that involves uncontrollable binge eating followed by purging behaviors. It is common for those who struggle with BN to feel guilt and shame after episodes of overeating, which leads them to self-induced vomiting or taking laxatives.

Binge Eating Disorder

Binge eating disorder (BED) is characterized by recurrent episodes of eating significantly more food in a short period of time than what most people would eat in the same amount of time. Those who are struggling with BED often experience feelings of guilt or shame after episodes of overeating and can have difficulty controlling their eating behaviors.

Anorexia Nervosa

Anorexia nervosa (AN) is a disorder characterized by an intense fear of gaining weight. Those with AN often restrict their caloric intake and can become obsessed with exercising and dieting. AN can have many physical health consequences, making it important to seek help as soon as possible.

Our Compassionate Treatment Programs

Our treatment programs aim to heal the whole person, inside and out. Our nutritional philosophy of “all foods fit” is the foundation of our dietary program. We help clients repair their relationship with food and their bodies and, in turn, their minds.

Inpatient Treatment

Inpatient treatment is available 24/7 and provides structure, a safe environment to learn healthy behaviors, and comprehensive medical care. We provide a full range of medical and psychiatric services, including assessment, meal planning and monitoring, medical supervision, psychotherapy, and nutrition education.

Residential Treatment

Residential treatment is designed to provide a therapeutic environment for long-term recovery. The staff at Virtue Recovery Las Vegas – Eating Disorders aims to feel like protective, healing family members. During a challenging period of surrender, it could be helpful to seek comfort from staff who have gone through a similar experience.

Men’s Treatment Program

Our men’s eating disorder treatment program is specifically designed for male clients and focuses on the unique challenges men face in their journey toward recovery. Our experts understand the dynamics of disordered eating among men, including body dissatisfaction, gender role conflicts, power struggles with family members, and more.

Veterans Treatment Program

Our veterans treatment program is dedicated to helping military service members recover from eating disorders. We understand the special needs of those who have served their country and are here to help these individuals reclaim their lives.
